A lot of people have been asking me lately how I am doing with emme's 1 yr. b-day right around the corner. Well, the obvious answer is that it is totally sad to think how fast the first year flew by . . as they always say. But, she is also in a totally fun stage because she has really come into her own personality. She knows words now besides mama & dada, like balloon (she's love them), ball, oh no, and she can also sign "all done", "drink" and "eat." She adores her brother as she follows him around everywhere. Where there is one, you always find the other. She still loves music and constantly claps her hands with joy to the songs.
So, yes I am sad that her newborn stage is over, but I look forward to the other fun stages ahead. :)
