{new things}

seems like emme is changing daily with new things . . such is the age - here are a couple new things she starting doing over the last month

Taught herself to fold her hands when we pray. . .it's amazing what she teaches herself by just observing her brother. One day at dinner we said, O.k., it's time to pray (like always) and she folded her hands (proudly) and closed her eyes.

this is what she does if you say the word airplane or if she sees one . . . she vibrates her lips and says "buuuuuu" while waving her hand in the sky; she also loves it you ask her, "how does a cat go, what does a dog, duck, fish etc. say" so she can make the noise

and finally I think she has attached herself to her "night time items." Chase has his blanket and "dog dog" and it looked like she was going to attach herself to a dog . . which wasn't exactly shocking since she has to do EVERYTHING chase does. But in the end she loves her pink blanket (its the first thing i bought her when we found out we were having a girl) and her baby, Allyson. . . a precious gift given to her when she was born, from my friend Allyson. I always loved dolls growing up so I'm very excited to see that she ditched the dog idea! So the pic. above is how you'll see her in the morning - draggin' around her "b" and "bee bee"
